Need Help?

If you or someone close to you has AIDS or is HIV positive,
non-judgemental help is available.

Stephen Ministers-

Stephen Ministers are lay persons who offer a non-judgmental listening ear to those infected or affected by HIV or AIDS. Regardless of our circumstance, sometimes we all just need to share our struggles with a trained, caring individual who will provide love, comfort and peace from scripture. Please call 813.971.4790 to make an appointment.

St. James has a Stephen Minister program and they can be contacted at: 813-971-4790 or dwight.loomis@stjamestampa.org

Tampa Bay AIDS Network-

The Tampa Bay AIDS Network (TBAN) is the largest HIV/AIDS program in west central Florida, with 25 staff providing services to more than 6000 people annually in the Tampa Bay region serving Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando Counties.

Tampa Bay AIDS Network is a program established as part of a successful merger in 2002, of Gulf Coast Jewish Family Services and the Tampa AIDS Network. Both organizations had been operating from many years to meet the needs of persons positive with HIV and for those who have AIDS. The merger of these two organizations greatly enhanced our ability to provide quality services throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Hernando Counties.
